Polite notice :
Please do not be offended if you are charged for or asked to cover the cost of cleaning the interior of a vehicle after soiling the seats and leaving them in a condition that means the vehicle can not be used for the remainder of a shift.

Whilst I understand the fee can sound excessive, this is a standard charge that can be found on the councils tariff sheet . This charge normally only covers the cost of cleaning and does not cover the lost takings from advanced bookings that need to be cancelled as a result .

I’m quite sure most customers would be disappointed if I turned up to a booking and asked them to sit in the back of a car that has sick on the seats or in the footwell, and the smell itself can be quite nauseating whilst travelling .

Please also note that any abusive , aggressive or threatening behaviour will definitely not be tolerated. Period.

Any future bookings that seem to be sick , extremely drunk or under the influence of drugs or show aggressive or threatening behaviour will be refused entry to the vehicle and the booking will be cancelled .
