Deepdale Hall The Byre and Shepherds Huts

We also offer our Byre for weekly lets at Deepdale Hall. Today we have brightened up the private garden with some colourful fresh winter primroses and daffodils.

The Byre sleeps 4 plus a put up bed. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and the other bedroom has twin beds.

There is a bathroom downstairs with a bath and shower. Upstairs a wash room with a shower, basin and toilet.

For a perfect night in sit by the log burner and chill on our comfy leather sofas.

Beautiful open plan upstairs with amazing views.

Our next available date is a Friday to Friday let.

28th of February - 7th of March.

The cost is £600 inc of electricity and wood for the log burner.

The property is centrally heated by our biomass boiler, so is toasty at the best of times.

Plenty of parking on site.

We celebrated valentines evening at the King's arms in Stainton last night. They hosted a guest chef Colin Akrigg. It was absolutely amazing! We thoroughly recommend this if you can get booked into the next night they host.

There were seven courses. We started with scallops on a parsnip puree, which was my favourite of the night!

Followed by lamb, then butternut squash and apple soup with black pudding bread.

Then plaice in arlington sauce, rhubarb sorbet, fillet of beef and lakekand honey parfait wity honey comb.

The atmosphere was so relaxed and the staff were incredible.

Today we decided to work off our delicious valentines meal. We chopped logs from trees fallen on our farm.

15 bags ready to sell onto our luxury shepherd's huts guests. We chopped up a birch tree. We do this when we have some spare time.

Last but definitely not least! This is our very popular newest luxury shepherd's hut. All ready with fresh rose petals on the bed and lots of valentines treats for our love birds.

This is our Herdwick.Hideaway luxury shepherd's hut at Deepdale Hall. Another hut all ready and waiting for our Valentines couples to arrive

The prosecco is cold, the hot tub looks incredible! There is snow on the tops of the mountains too. Our huts are warm and cosy with smart tvs.

The next available weekend is on Saturday 5th of April (1 night) very rare!

The next available week day is Tuesday the 18th 1 night only. Then 23rd, 24th, 25th,26th and 27th of February.

Hi everyone this applies tk all our visitors to.

*Overnight Road Closure February - Affecting bookings travelling from the north 6pm until 6am*

From Tuesday 18th February for 5 nights the A592 will be closed from 6pm until 6am through Glenridding and Patterdale. This will mean that the only access to the campsite and Inn during these times will be from the south. The road will be open during the day.

If you are travelling to the campsite from the north (and planning to arrive after 6pm); we would recommend continuing south on the M6 to at junction 36 and take the A591 Kendal bypass through to Windermere. Just through Windermere turn right onto the A592 to the Kirkstone pass and Ullswater. Over the pass and down the other side, towards the bottom, you will see The Brotherswater Inn on the left. Turn into the pub car park - then drive through for the camp site. There is also an official diversion route via the A66 and A591 and A592 is shown on the map below. The route via the A roads or the M6 is likely to add about 45 minutes to your journey from the south so please allow extra time.

Hares Nook luxury shepherd's hut at Deepdale Hall. We have another hut finished and cleaned ready to welcome our Valentines couples.

This hut has the biggest hot tub! Our guests are getting spoilt! A bottle of prosecco, fresh brownies, hot chocolate stirrers, gulian Valentines chocolates and red roses. There are a few m&s mini chocolates scattered on the bed and pillows.

Our next available weekend in this gorgeous hut is
April 25th.

Our next available midweek break is 24th, 25th,26th and 27th of February. The cost is £160 a night, £320 for 2 nights and £440 for nights.

This is our Swaledale Hut at Deepdale hall luxury shepherd's huts. We are all ready to welcome our new guests to celebrate valentines weekend.

They have a complimentary bottle if prosecco, fresh brownies, hot chocolate stirrers and a bunch of red roses. We have also put a mini box of gulian chocolates and some m & s heart chocolates with a helium balloon 🎈 abd some heart ❤️ haribos.
