Swimming in the sea or the Jubilee Pool is great for your health but only the Lido has the hot plunge pool.

You can buy fresh fish every day from anyone of the wonderful shops along the harbour and all so close to Pendower House.

All the moorland in West Penwith is smothered in a rich tapestry of gorse and heather. Beautiful for inland or coastal walking.

I think this is what you call aquamarine and there's nowhere better than Porthcurno Beach to see this beautiful colour.

There's plenty to read in Pendower House and plenty of quiet space both in and out in which to curl up and enjoy the book.

Keen swimmers might be able to enjoy a group swim around the Mount this year. Such a lovely place to visit.
