I'm a Wise Hippo Birthing Programme practitioner, based in West Cornwall, UK. The Wise Hippo Birthing Programme training is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives and the Federation of Antenatal Educators. The Wise Hippo Birthing Programme uses hypnobirthing which is increasingly recognised to bring about a more positive birth experience. The perfect birth is the birth that is

right for mum and baby on the day. The perfect birth is one in which mum always feels in control, even if it means making decisions to hand over, should special circumstances arise. The perfect birth is when the woman feels she has a positive and empowered birth, no matter what path her birthing takes.
