Here’s a holiday cottage in the Cotswolds for you with so much to do and have the best time with family and friends 👀

We sleep up to 8, have an indoor pool with hot tub, Astro court for tennis and other sports, full size footie pitch, games room and 80 acres of private land to walk the dog.
Yes we’re dog friendly too 🐾💚

All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and can be made up of twin or SKS beds.



Come and stay, over 50% of our guests are returning guests 🥰

We are looking for some housekeeping support for holiday cottage changeovers, usually Mondays and Fridays but occasional other days. Probably better for someone without younger school childre , because although this works well in school holidays, our busy periods are the holidays.

One of our favourite places to recommend to our guests to visit is Broadway, just a short 15 minute drive away and the perfect Cotswold village with fab shops and restaurants in Worcestershire

When do you think the decorations should go up in a holiday home?

We’re going for the 1st December for the decorations and then a bit later for the Christmas trees, as I’m all for the real thing as they’ve got to look good for the big day!

Bredon Hill is the perfect place to cycle round or up over the hill and there are plenty of pubs to have a pint in along the way. Stay in luxury at Well Furlong Retreats and you’re in the perfect place for both.

What do you think about this? We’d love some feedback.

The shepherds retreat sleeps 2-4 but it is most suited as a romantic retreat for 2 or perhaps as a small family retreat.

We’ve made it lovely and roomy and the secret bunk room for the additional 2 people actually has 2 DOUBLE bunk beds in, so super comfy.

Recently we’ve had quite a few ‘4 adult’ bookings, which often has leeds to late nights and partying, sadly much longer changeovers and more wear and tear and breakages for our retreat.

We’ve decided to scrap the normal cleaning fee for everyone but instead to add an additional fee for adult parties of more than 2. Do you agree and if not, let us know what you would do 🙏

And then there was one. Anyone else had a sobbing dog when the kids went back to school?

I can’t believe my problem child is the dog … Kids fine with new schools and challenges, she isn’t. After a fun packed summer holidays being part of the pack,

Daisy can’t cope going back to being office and changeover dog. 😢 Any suggestions to stop the whining send my way 🐾
