This week sees the spotlight on our stunning new EARN Apartment ..... This cosy one bedroom Apartment sleeps up to 2 people and is the perfect base to explore beautiful Perthshire. The open plan living room and kitchen boasts stunning views across to the beautiful North Inch Parkland. Equipped with 42" Smart TV with Virgin TV, the kitchen boasts high end marble effect kitchen worktops, fridge/freezer, oven & hob, integrated washing machine and tumble drier plus microwave. The bathroom is finished to an exceptional standard with a walk in rainfall shower, heated towel rail, large lit mirror and stunning slate effect tiling. Bedding and towels are provided as standard along with tea, coffee, sugar and milk. In addtion, high speed WiFi is available throughout the property. This spacious Apartment is the perfect base in Perth for up to 4 adults or a family of four across two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a gorgeous king-size bed with direct access to a stairway leading to the garden. The second bedroom has zip and link beds allowing the flexibility to alter the layout to suit your needs. This bedroom also has an ensuite with rainfall shower. The living room boasts two large sash windows with original window shutters which spill light into the living area and provide stunning views over the North Inch Parkland.
