Today Modulaire Group UK has completed a hat-trick of acquisitions in just over six months. Procomm Site Services Limited, based in Teesside, joins Carter and Advanté, along with Elliott in the Modulaire family.
As a significant Containex customer, Procomm is a particularly good fit for Modulaire, along with the locations of its Wilton, Warrington, Luton and Newport depots. The sale once again underlines the Group’s confidence in the UK market – great news for staff of the respective businesses.

John Campbell, Modulaire UK Group Managing Director, commented:

Elliott are committed to developing our people. We are proud to share that 15 of our team have recently completed their NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Construction (Modular and Portable Buildings). We have just enrolled another 16 employees onto the programme for this year. Congratulations to everyone who has successfully completed their NVQ this year!

This year the Mental Health Foundation has chosen to look at the benefits of nature and the environment on our wellbeing, and Elliott is proud to support this initiative as part of our commitment to our people.

This week and going forward, we have encouraged all colleagues to connect with nature by having conversations face to face away from their work area, even if colleagues work from home but live within travelling distance from each other. Perhaps a 121 while on a socially distanced walk!

Today we have asked colleagues to consider training as Mental Health First Aiders. This training will then give them the tools to support others who are experiencing a mental health issue or emotional distress, and signpost them to the appropriate help.

At Elliott we exist to make life easier for our customers, and this week we reminded our colleagues how important it is to ensure we make life easier for ourselves as well.

Every day this week we are asking our colleagues to reflect, review and potentially take action on the daily themes suggested by Everymind at Work.

We are also using this week to remind colleagues daily of our Employee Assistance Programme and encourage talking to others if they can't talk to their manager, family or friends.

At Elliott we exist to make life easier for our customers, and this week we are reminding our colleagues how important it is to ensure we make life easier for ourselves too.

Great news! Elliott has been appointed to the LHC framework for the design, supply and installation of permanent and temporary modular buildings (MB2)– a bit of a mouthful, but it means LHC public sector clients nationwide can now access Elliott products and services more easily. Schools, hospitals, universities and housing associations are all set to benefit.

The 4-year framework runs until 2025 and has an estimated value of £250million. Suppliers were appointed based on an ability to deliver full turn-key solutions – from design to handover. Elliott scored highly throughout the comprehensive competitive tender process, so well done to everyone involved. We can’t wait to get cracking now!
