Our Story

We’re ripping up the rule book and changing the world of work - because it’s time for something new. Born out of an initial frustration with ‘old school’ HR and unethical consultancy practices, Chrysalis Consulting was founded in 2014 by Kelly Swingler, the UK’s youngest HR Director, with the focus on putting people first and making a real difference.

Our solutions are based on the latest thinking on Mindset, Psychology and Neuroscience as we believe that mindset is the first step to progress, but we incorporate this with fun – because, well, work should be fun right? Working with companies small and large we help our clients find ways of doing things differently and creating places to work where employees are happy, motivated and engaged.

The existing world of HR, Learning and Leadership are no longer fit for purpose, it’s time to implement change, do things differently and treat employees as able adults who are committed to doing a great job and being accountable for their role, their development and the quality of their work.
