5 small steps is all it takes!

1️⃣ First I will take as many details as I can to ensure that I am searching for the best possible holiday to match your requirements.

2️⃣ I will email you a detailed quote with all supplier booking conditions. You will then need to reply to the email confirming you are happy to go ahead and send your passenger details.

3️⃣A secure payment link will then be emailed over to you, in order to pay the deposit/balance. (I don't take any of your card details)

4️⃣Once payment is received, I then book and confirm your holiday, with confirmation sent over within 24-48 hours.

5️⃣Once booked, you can then use a secure payment link to make as many flexible payments as suits you, until the final balance is due. I dont expect a monthly direct debit.

Hello and welcome to all of you. It has been a while since I introduced myself and I have gained quite a new followers since.

My name is Nicola and I am going into my 3rd year of managing Families Making Memories.

I am a mum of two and live with my husband, two children and gorgeous pooch Milo in the County Durham area.

During my spare time, I love nothing more than a long walk by the sea! To visit new places with our National Trust pass and find new parks to explore. I love a good caravan holiday or lodge break in the UK - there are so many beautiful places! And our favourite destinations abroad are Albufeira, Majorca and Italy!

I started the business with the aim of finding affordable family holidays during the half term breaks. As the business began to grow, my focus is still the above however, I do love finding lodge breaks, city breaks and luxury holidays for adults too!

As an independent travel advisor, I always go the extra mile to cater your holiday exactly to your needs and will always find you the best value hotel. I will never recommend a hotel that I would not stay in myself and search through reviews and personal recommendations to find you the best options. Crake Valley Holiday Park, Coniston

⭐️PERSONAL LODGE BREAK RECOMMENDATION ⭐️ Just back from a gorgeous weekend at Crake Valley Holiday Park, Coniston Water in the Lake District. We stayed in a Woodland Plus Lodge, which was pet friendly so the pooch came along too. The Lodge had 2 bedrooms, and was decorated well with good storage options, a nice veranda with table and chairs and a private hot tub, which was huge! Situated right by Coniston Lake, the site was in an ideal location with a short drive to Ulverston, Lake Windermere or Ambleside. The site was quiet and peaceful with only the birds to be heard throughout the day and gorgeous scenery. They had an honestly hut, which was run by the owner's children selling snacks, home made cakes & preserves. They do larger lodges on site too. If you're looking for a good base in the Lake District, I would highly recommend and can book this for you 😉
