This place is magical. You walk up the back (service road side) of the property and the joy of this location truly reveals itself to you as you walk towards the front. It doesn't really matter what the weather is like as the views are stunning - something you get reminded of every morning when you wander from the bedrooms into the main area. This is one of the most wonderful stays I've experienced on Air BnB. It is more than equipped and has everything from the dog's bowl to washing machine, hair drier, seaside items in the stores outside (bucket and spade etc) and patio furniture to relax upon or dine al fresco. It is ideally located and Pevensey High street isn't far away. Jo has provided a guide to the local areas and there's a wonderful little convenience store called 'The Kiosk' just seconds from the back door. Walks are aplenty going either way up the beach. Low tide is great for dog walking with lots of sand to play on when the tide is out. Otherwise the beach is pebble. I cannot fault this stay, just perfect. Loved the little touches too like milk in the fridge when I arrived and biscuits and a bottle of fizz! Spotlessly clean and good quality bedding. I hope to go back.
