Might as well embrace the change of season by cooking one of my favourite comfort foods of all time: cauliflower cheese 👌 made with lots of cheese, some spinach and a good dollop of harissa pate. We ate it with some garlic bread 😁

Our is a great place to show down, chill out and get cosy in autumn and winter 🔥 we cooked this dish using one of the pots in the kitchen

I bought this beautiful for £3 from the corner shop. It was practically dead 😞 I repotted it, and then it sat on a window sill for about 2 years. It had strong leaves 🌱 but I never thought it would flower again. Then this year it suddenly flowered ❤️ it's been in flower for weeks now with lots of buds still coming through 😀. I've put it in the cottage bathroom for the guests to enjoy and hope it does as well in it's new home 🤞
