Round Hill on Urra Moor is the highest point in the North Yorkshire Moors. If you fancy an all-day hike with fantastic views it's well worth taking a trip and following one of the trails.

It's about 45 minutes' drive from Lock Cottage and well worth the trip.

Begin the route at the Chop Gate Village Hall car park and walk north along the main road. At the Methodist Chapel, turn off the road onto Chop Gate Lane following the signposts for Carlton and Lord Stones. Continue along the path along the moorland and you will reach the Cleveland Way, which leads....
