Current photos. The Barn is a luxurious, architect designed barn conversion and boasts a secluded location nestled amidst two private gardens within the grounds of Middleton Hall. Its modern finishings fit seamlessly within the old retained features, such as the original barn beams.

Hi!

In case you fancy a break to enjoy the good weather, we have late availability at The Barn during June and July. Great to enjoy this fab weather having a drink on the Barn's sunny patio where the wisteria is in full bloom. The Barn is currently available until 24th June and we have a late availability special offer of up to 15% off. There is good availability in July - please contact us for pricing or check the website. The Barn sleeps up to 5, plus additional capacity for infants. (Sorry no pets at The Barn.)

The Coach House also has late availability until 17th June, with a special offer also. After then, there are some weeks in August still available too. The Coach House sleeps up to 4, plus additional capacity for infants. (Pets welcome at The Coach House.)

Dear Holidaymaker,

The spring is advancing here in Middleton and our gardens are bursting into life with the orchard is full of blossom.

We wanted to let you know that we have availability during May & June at The Barn and in May, including the half term week, at The Coach House. For the summer school holidays we have set prices just above the level of the rest of summer.

We are offering late availability discounts during May - please check our website for pricing.

During the low season we have refurbished the Coach House decorations and ensuite shower room.

Autumn & Winter Offers
Autumn is a lovely time to book a break in Middleton to visit the moors and see the autumn leaves in the surrounding woods. It's also the game season and local restaurants have many seasonal dishes available.

As the Festive Season approaches many local attractions have special events including Nunnington Hall winter opening and the Santa Specials on the North York Moors Railway in nearby Pickering.

The Barn and The Coach House are great places to relax in autumn & winter in front of the log burning stoves in our cosy living rooms.

We have good availability for full weeks (or shorter breaks) from November onwards. We are offering 4 nights for the price of a 3-night stay during the low season with flexible arrival days.
