Eight award winning self-catering holiday cottages, ideally situated to explore the many attractions of North Yorkshire such as the moors, coast and York.

Situated in a delightful location in the peaceful village of Wrelton on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, you will discover eight luxury self-catering cottages ranging in size from a small cottage for 2 people to the Farmhouse for up to 10 people. e" Award from the English Tourist Board. We have also won the Yorkshire Tourist Board's "Holiday Cottage of the Year Award" an exceptional four times. Quality is assured. In 2016 Beech Farm Cottages again received a Gold Award from VisitEngland for "exceptional quality of accommodation and customer service". We personally supervise the preparation of our cottages and do not use agency staff. As a result the Tourist Board and Agency quality inspections of our cottages always highlight the quality of our housekeeping and how they are exceptionally clean and well maintained.

General information

Beech Farm Cottages are in the small village of Wrelton in the valley leading up to Rosedale Abbey and the North Yorkshire Moors National Park (2 miles up the lane). The cottages are ideally situated to explore the many attractions of North Yorkshire such as the Moors, Dales, Heritage Coast and historic walled city of York. Our village, which was listed in the Doomsday Book, faces south, sheltered from the exposed moorland weather and is far enough away from the coast to avoid sea mists. The nearest town is Pickering, 3 miles away. The cottages surround a long secluded courtyard with gardens & a paddock backing onto fields. The Good Holiday Guide summed up Beech Farm Cottages as :- "Effectively a hamlet in its own right, in which every house is a haven of comfort"
