The only downside to a Scottish summer? Midges. 👾 These tiny, flying critters can be a wee bit of a nuisance, but they're nothing to worry about.

Stay in exposed areas, especially during sunrise and sunset when they're most active. Essential oils like citronella, peppermint, lavender, and eucalyptus are great natural repellents. Or better yet, a specialised midge repellent. 🚫

And when all else fails? Just roll down your sleeves and keep moving. 🚶‍♂️ Don't let them get in the way of your Rannoch adventures.
