Admiral's View is our luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom top floor apartment with balcony and sea views, located in Plymouth's historic Grade 1 listed Royal William Yard. Admiral's view has been run as a very popular holiday rental for the past 11 years, and is very recently under our new ownership (Rebecca and Simon). Many guests return every year and we are delighted that these guests want to return

again and have put their trust in us as new owners. Admiral's view:

We had so much fun at Adventure Segway driving/riding around Mt Edgcumbe park with spectacular views of Plymouth and Cawsand bay. Only a 10 minute Cremyll ferry ride to Mt Edgcumbe, then 10 minute walk to Adventure Segway. A highly recommend visit if you are in Royal William Yard 😊

Had the most wonderful meal again at The Hook and Line Plymouth in Royal William Yard, we were lucky enough to reserve a night with a live blues band playing, fantastic with the atmosphere and great food and rum cocktails ❤️

Admiral’s View is on the top floor of The Clarence building, overlooking the Tamar, with views over the water to Mt Edgcumbe in Cornwall (which is a short boat ride away on the Cremyll ferry).

The Clarence was the warehousing store in this former Royal Navy victualling yard.

We’ve loved hosting our recent guests and we are now looking forward to spending some time ourselves at Admiral’s View, it’s a great place to work from (the WiFi is awesome and it’s so peaceful).
We will be making further improvements over the next few weeks to make this lovely apartment even more comfortable and contemporary 🙂
