This is the second phase we have completed onsite since it started in 2020. A total of 300 apartments and houses will be completed by BDL on these two phases, with over half already completed.

Works are continuing on our project at Respryn Road, Bodmin.

This project consists of 44 timber frame units, a mixture of apartments & houses for social rent and shared ownership sale. A mixture of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom properties🏡
