Today I completed my first ever triathlon with my friend of 25+ years Sara Beverley, I’m still on a high, loved it.

Was chuffed to bits to come 7th in the supersprint category, and even more pleased to be place 1st in my age group, on account of being the only person over 50 to do it!!

All you need is intention and to have some lovely inspiring people around you. Thank yous … for the training and believing in me for keeping me stretchy, and the fabulous Yin & Gong after; new tribe, . Thanks to Sharon Allan for the swimming practice and CAKE, and loan of the wetsuit and Mikey Kristy for the fabulous dinner when I got home!

Have you spotted Albie, the world’s loneliest albatross? This black-browed albatross lives amongst the gannets and puffins at @RSPB Bempton Cliffs It's thought Albie was blown off course from his home in The Falklands and South Georgia, and that he won’t ever get to breed with his own kind. But if he’s got no albatross friends, he has plenty of birdwatching fans. RSPB Bempton Cliffs is only 40minutes from The Bungalow, so we thought we’d try and see Albie. We didn’t but there were puffins ❤️
