ONE & DONE STATEMENT
Let’s clear a few things up — and then move forward.
Over the last few months, we’ve grown a lot.
More orders, more enquiries, more visibility — and more pressure.
We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to rebuild everything:
New systems, new workflows, new roles — all designed to make your experience smoother and more personal.
But when you grow fast, cracks show.
We know some people have experienced delays or patchy communication. And we completely understand the frustration — we’re frustrated too.
This is not the standard we want to give you. It’s not who we are.
But I also need to say this:
This isn’t just a business.
It’s real people.
A team who care deeply, who work above and beyond every day.
A team I’m responsible for protecting — especially when it comes to their mental health.
So here’s a boundary we’re putting in place — and this is the only time I’ll say it:
💬 We don’t respond to public negative comments.
Not because we don’t care — but because real conversations happen in real messages.
If you’ve had an issue, we will always listen.
But passive digs and online shaming? That’s not what this space is for.
And one more thing — yes, we make funny videos.
Not instead of working.
But as part of the work.
Social media is how people find us, trust us, and connect with who we are.
You can laugh and take your business seriously. And we do both.
If you’re here because you love what we do — thank you. Your support means the world.
We’re still building. Still learning. Still framing memories one layout at a time.
And that’s the only kind of airtime we’re giving to this.
