I really hope you enjoy staying at my cottage – Miss Fisher's in Port Isaac. As well as being home to Doc Martin, Port Isaac is a beautiful small working fishing village. Local seafood is very fresh, which is why Nathan Outlaw has two restaurants in the village. My cottage was totally refurbished in Autumn 2016, so everything is fresh and new. nishings. Being nestled in the North Cornwall coast allows you to use Miss Fisher's as a base to travel or a great place to potter about locally, eat, drink and unwind. Buses will take you to Bude, Tintagel, Padstow, Wadebridge, Rock, Polzeath...

Port Isaac is full of little pirate allies used for smuggling contraband. Start from the platt and work your way up. There are different ways up!

This is Pentire Point in Early October 2021.

Sunny and warm enough not to be wearing a coat, and a lovely walk along the cliff path to The Rumps with many amazing lookout points. In the distance is the small island of The Mouls.

Car Parking nearby at Lead Mines Car Park (PL27 6QY).

It’s the 12th April and the sun was shining, t-shirts on, watching the Fishermen’s Friends 2 filming, beer in hand and boats bobbing in the harbour.
