We have the pleasure in offering our beautiful premium/luxury caravans to you for your holiday at Trecco Bay Porthcawl. The caravans are situated close to all the parks facilities & amenities & are just a short walk to the beautiful beaches. They are both 3 bedroom (8 berth) caravans, have wrap around enclosed gated decking with modern outdoor furniture, come with free 5G Wifi with smart Tv’s in a

ll rooms with Netflix, Disney+ & Amazon prime, we also have Amazon Alexa for music & games consoles with games for the kids. The caravans are available from the beginning of March to the beginning of January, Fri-Mon, Mon-Fri, & longer breaks can also be booked just message me for a price. I will require a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking with the balance due 6 weeks before your arrival date. I will also require an additional £100 refundable breakages/damages fee which will be returned to you upon inspection after your departure.

RED WIND ALERT

Trecco bay is staying open..... heres the message

We are aware of a red weather warning in place for the area surrounding the holiday park from 3am until 11am on Saturday 7th December which may cause disruptions.
The safety of our Team, Owners and Guests is our top priority and our team have prepared the park for inclement weather.
We would recommend you do not travel to or from park during these times and remain in your holiday home until the weather warning has expired and the worst of the weather has passed.
The Met Office website will provide you with full details of what to expect including travel recommendations.
On park facilities will open from 1pm on Saturday and we will contact you if there are any changes. The Showdome will remain open for the duration of the weather warning should you prefer to be in a brick-built building.
If you require any assistance, please contact your Owner Experience Team in the first instance.
For urgent assistance out of hours, please contact Security.
If you have any private guests during this time, please can you notify them of this update.

Christmas Wonderland looking good....some changes this year... the Skating Rink is now under the Pavillion and is larger...and the Santa workshop and grotto experience is under the pergola outside..all looking festive.... the Big Switch On is tonight at 6.30 xx

Santa Grotto and Workshop Experience (lasts an hour...20 minutes with the naughty Elves, 20 minutes with Mrs Christmas in the Workshop and 20 minutes with Santa himself)....

I’m not one to usually post about guests on my page but felt I needed to share this with you as I’ve had threats to defame my business!

The guest stayed this week Monday to Friday (as some of you are aware I was there myself until Sunday)

Firstly I’ll mention the brand new ninja airfryer I put in the van for guests use, it wasn’t cleaned after they used it and then tried to blame my cleaners for not cleaning it from previous guests (me) it was brand new and we hadn’t used it (lie number 1)!

Then the rubbish left in the bin (apparently my fault for not providing enough bin bags) I provide the first one, it’s a self catering holiday and not provided, but this was a minor fault that ordinarily I would overlook!

The pearler and that of complete lack of common sense was they used sparklers on my plastic composite decking and the sparks have now left burn holes all over the decking and will cost thousands to replace all the damaged boards.
He made excuses and admitted to using them on the decking and that the burn holes are in fact ash marks (please judge for yourself in the images and video I will post after this) and said that there were fireworks going off all around the van and landing on my decking and that it was those that caused the damage (I think not as my neighbours have discounted this allegation)!

Now he is threatening me with all kinds as I will be retaining his bond to offset my insurance excess to fix the damage his sparklers have caused!

He says I’m making it all up and the damage was already there (it was not) just to keep his poxy £100 (I would rather not have the hassle thanks pal of having to put in an insurance claim)! But I have no choice, and anyone who has stayed before knows that bonds are only fully/partially retained if there is a genuine reason such as this!

Best laugh of it is he starts the communication this morning by saying he’s had a wonder time and will book again (Don’t think that be happening anytime soon mate)!

Anyway, I just wanted to let you all know before the bad reviews or you hear/see anything on fb about me!

Fabulous end to a great stay up the caravan for half term, thanks to the The Hi Tide Inn for an amazing fireworks display and to myself Grove Caravan Hire Trecco Bay- Porthcawl for fantastic home from home accommodation (yes I’m blowing my own trumpet, but rightly so🤪) be gutted to leave tomorrow, but can’t wait to welcome all my amazing guests for the rest of this season xx
Our 2025 diary is open and starting to fill fast, so be sure to book now for next year for a £75 deposit😉
