Very sad to hear of the passing of John Lydiate. John travelled many times with us all over the world to watch Dan, be it for Wales or the Lions. A big personality and an absolute gentleman. So today …..Wednesday . After saying goodbye to Chris and Mari we drove over the border to Zambia for our flight ✈️ to Johannesburg……the start of our return journey home after 3 amazing weeks of touring beautiful South Africa 🇿🇦 and Victoria Falls.
At this moment we are in Johannesburg airport waiting to board our homeward flight ✈️ to London Heathrow.
Thank you to a wonderful touring party 🥰……who have made these last 3 weeks very special 🥰…… and who have become friends for life ❤️😊

Tuesday…..an absolutely fantastic day 🥰
We drove to Victoria Falls which were absolutely amazing then stopped for lunch in the Lookout Cafe which overlooked the Zambezi River.
The evening finished our tour off perfectly. We went on a sunset cruise up the Zambezi River……we not only saw the sunset but also giraffes, hippos, elephants, crocodiles and iguanas. What a wonderful night and experience 🥰…..more photos to follow……

Monday……the remainder of our tour group flew to Zimbabwe and checked into the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge. The views on arrival were spectacular.
In the evening we went to the Bomar and had a very entertaining evening 😊

Sunday…..most of group went to Robben Island before flying back to the UK. After several failed attempts due to choppy seas they finally got there 👍. Very sad to say goodbye to over half the group today 😢. We have formed such a close family 🥰 over the past 3 weeks . Now on to Victoria Falls for the rest of our group.

Prematch hospitality in South Africa’s oldest rugby club Hamilton’s.
Great day ……shame about the rugby score, but great performance throughout the series. 👍 and we’ve seen Wales win in SA for the first time ever 👍
