Firstly Happy New Year to you all and may 2025 be kind to you. March is fast approaching and like you I’m ready to welcome you all back and let’s make more memories.

Christmas came and went for me but only my husband and myself would move house over the festive but thankfully we are now in and settling well.

If you are popping over to Park to check on your holiday homes please pop in and have a coffee.

Hi Everyone,

I'm Matt, your Hub and Maintenance Manager for 2025!

I started my Haven journey at Greenacres in 2014, I stayed here for 2 years, before moving over to Haven Marton Mere!

I stayed at Marton Mere for 1 Year before taking up an opportunity in The Orchards, Essex, I was at the Orchards for 9 years, 5 of which I spent on the Hub and Maintenance Team!

I moved to Greenacres towards the end of last season, and have been streamlining and working through existing jobs on our systems.

I cant wait to meet with you all in 2025, if you have any questions, please feel free to stop me for a chat, give me a call, or drop me an email.

Hi All,

I’ve been working for Bourne Leisure & Haven since 1991!!! (apart from 3 years and yes, I am an old fart!!!).

Firstly,I began as an OE rep for 3 seasons, then onto Caravan Sales and the rest is history!

My main passions away from work are my family, football & golf (in that order 😊).

I am very much looking forward to the 2025 season and can’t wait for you to return in March!

Hey you fabulous bunch,

I hope you are all amazing, and had a great time celebrating Christmas and bringing in 2025 with a bang, with your family, friends and loved ones!

Myself and Jaxon (the spotty one) had the delight of returning home and spending time with the people we love and cherish the most!

We both got spoilt, ate lots of food and had lots of fun making memories of our own....

Now we are back and ready to smash out 2025 with you all, I have the fabulous news that I will be moving roles this year and I will be spending this season as your friendly & fabulous Head of Experience!

I cant wait for you all to see what we have planned in this year, keep your eyes peeled for our winter warmers over the next couple of months, as we all get excited about you returning to park for our 'Welcome Back Weekend' on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd March 2025!!

We hope to see you at one of the Winter Warmers, make sure you pop in to the reception for a coffee if you are on the park for the day and say hello!

We miss seeing all of your faces, but we are working away to ensure the park looks beautiful for you all coming back to see us!

Hello,

I am thrilled to be able to announce that I am the new Head of Facilities here at Greenacres Holiday park. Some of you might recognise me from the 2017 season where I was the Leisure Manager.

Since then I spent 4 seasons at Haven Lakeland transitioning into a Head of Activities before doing a further 3 seasons as Head of Activities at Hafan Y Mor, before joining Tom and the team here at Greenacres as Head of Facilities.

I know the team as already working hard preparing the park ready for everyone’s arrival and I cant wait to meet everyone on March 1st

Hey Wonderful Owners



A quarter of a way through the century already, WOW. The 90s still feel like yesterday – simpler times with no smartphones, social media, etc. Reminds me of some of the aspects of our parks that make them such wonderful places to work and own. The great outdoors. I remember being a child who did not want to stay in - playing football each night, riding my bike as often as possible, seeing my friends in person all the time. How great is it that we have safe spaces for our children and ourselves to do all of these things and more on our parks and the surrounding areas.

I hope you managed to have an amazing festive period, spending Christmas and New Year with your family, friends and loved ones. I managed to get a bit of time back in Crosby with Angela, Isla and Zack and then a lovely skiing trip to Bulgaria, bringing the snow back with me and staying in one piece!



As we look ahead to the 2025 season, my first full year on park, I am really excited about how we can build on the improvements we made last year. This always starts with listening and acting where possible on feedback, building stronger relationships together and fostering that sense of community that we know is one of the main benefits and memory creators for Holiday Home Ownership. We have some new faces that have joined us recently and some more familiar faces that have changed roles too, but I won’t steal their thunder – over the next weeks my team will be introducing themselves to you. We are all committed to making 2025 a great year for you.

We are currently busy on park currently with a lot of the off season preparation – capital works, which I will share more about in February; recruitment and training, planning and much more. Our aim is to welcome you back on the 1st March with a bang – a great opening party and the parks in great shape.
