Always great to get such a lovely review and to know people enjoyed their stay so much 👍

🏠Beautiful location and a beautiful house.
Everything we needed as far as kitchen appliances and utensils were available. Beds were super comfy.
The place was extremely homely and we loved staying there.
Before our stay, I received a lovely welcome from the owners and all questions were answered immediately.
We were sent an App with the property details which was easy to use and a great help.
Highly recommend.

Bit murky today, but the eagles are still around. We're hoping they may land on a gatepost down the croft so that we can get a decent photo, but strangely enough they are not cooperating 🤭

Reviewed yesterday for a stay in August 2020NEW

I have stayed in this property with my family, honestly this is one of the most peaceful holiday I have ever spend without any hassles.

This property is close to all heavenly locations of Skye.

This is recently renovated property with all facilities and early morning and evening views from bedroom and garden are unforgettable.

Thanks to Host, I’ll return to this place in Few months again. Need not wait for a summer to enjoy a holiday.

Excellent property in a fantastic location
We have just returned from a wonderful week at the Old Croft House. This was our first visit to Skye and we could not have picked a better location. The cottage is rural but Portree and Uig are short drives away, with the Fairy Glen, Quaraing and Old Man of Storr also nearby.

The property is very clean and beautifully furnished, with a lovely balance of modern kitchen and bathroom sitting beside many original features and history of the croft on show.

Best of all were the stunning views over Loch Snizort and down to the Cuillins, and the stargazing at night. We loved this cottage and will definitely return.

Gorgeous cottage in remote location
This cottage has been well renovated providing all modern amenities whilst keeping some traditional features. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Being 10/15 mins drive in between Portree and Uig, it provides a fantastic base for exploring the island. It's front garden has stunning views over Loch Snizort. It is right next to a working farm, so the farm animals do wander to the gate for a nosey.
