I haven’t posted on here for a while but this was too good a comparison not to share ☀️🫶🏼
A friend messaged me asking if I could get a price on a hotel she found on booking..com for a summer holiday getaway. Requests like this literally take minutes for me to check the systems I have access to as an independent travel agent and I saved her £550 booking it on her behalf!!

Happy Saturday 🇬🇧 I hope everyone has a fab long weekend!
A little bit different from this time last weekend 😩 don’t you just love English weather 🙄
Last weekend I stayed in this absolutely stunning hotel in Tenerife. I love this island! It’s the 8th I’ve been and every holiday there feels different! I have visited in Jan, Feb, Mar, April, Aug (sooooo hot!), Sept & Nov and the weather has NEVER disappointed! It’s have always been sunbathing temperatures hence why I’ve been so many times and it’s my go to place especially when it’s not the height of summer in other typical holiday hotspots like Spain, Portugal and Greece.
This is an adult only hotel and I genuinely came back feeling like I had a lovely break even with it being only a 4 night stay, but Tenerife in general is definitely one of my number 1 destinations I recommend to anyone looking for a holiday whether it be couples, families, friends, solo or stag/hen groups as there really is something for everyone 🫶🏼

My friend messaged me a couple of months ago, she was organising her friends 40th birthday and wanted a house to have a girly night away for 12 people. She’s a busy business woman aswell as a mum and this is the second times she’s came to me with her spec and left it in my hands to find what she wants!
We were quite limited to options, I found this one which she wasn’t sold on at first but after showing the birthday girl she loved it so we went ahead and booked. With it not looking as modern/fresh as my friend had originally had in mind and although they made the final decision I was still a bit worried it wouldn’t live up to their expectations! Fast forward a couple of a months and a follow up after their stay and they had a fab time 🥳 And it sounds like it was a great little find 🏡 An added bonus, the budget they had in mind actually covered the minimum 2 night booking for this particular accommodation so although they only wanted to stay the Saturday night I booked them in from Friday so they could arrive whatever time they wanted on the Saturday to make the most of their getaway.

I just want to say thank you again for everyone supporting me with this venture.
I have had a quite a few friends/family reaching out recently with holidays/hotels/flights they were going to book anyway to see if I could get them as good a deal, not even beating the price in some cases but even a price match knowing I would earn commission from that booking.
