Hello from Cosy and Coastal 🌊👋

The end of January is almost within reach! We're usually a little more organised with posting our peak-season dates, but so far it's looking like these are available to book ⬇️

For anyone finding the page for the first time, we mostly rent in July/August as 7 night bookings. Since covid (which feels forever ago!), we have operated on a BYO linen basis, with the option of adding linen in if you want.

Rates for this year will be £700 per week. The minimum rate for shorter stays is £120 per night and we have a three night minimum.

3rd August - 8th August (Sun-Fri 5 nights £600)
10th - 17th August (Sun-Sun £700)
17th - 22nd August (Sun-Fri 5 nights £600)
25th - 1st September (Mon - Mon £700)

Cancellation policy; 25% deposit via PayPal or bank transfer to secure your dates. Things change, and sometimes people need to cancel - if you give us 4 weeks notice we'll happily return your deposit.

August dates now booked, so this is our final weekend block and it's pretty last minute, hence the last minute price - can you get some annual leave? 🏃‍♀️

We are NITB approved, and a modern, first floor apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Parking available, and five minutes from the Promenade or Blue Flag portstewart Strand 🌊

BOOKED Monday 29th - Friday 2nd £325

Sleeps 6, rates based on BYO linen. No pets or parties.

A few stays switched around and postponed so we have two full weeks now available for this summer. We are NITB approved and use Airbnb, but as you see, our best rates are booked directly because we save on those fees!

Alternatively, we can split the weeks into shorter stays. Friday check ins - 3 nights at £350 and Monday check ins - 4 nights at £400, BYO linen.

Friday 2nd - 9th August is still available, and now I've checked the calendar properly 🤦🏻‍♀️, so is June 28th - July 5th!

A great chance to start the summer holidays off right, collect the kids from school and head straight for the Port!
