Always Active Day centres for older people living with dementia in various locations in
Cheshire East.

Always Active Day Centres provide support for people living with dementia, by offering a range of activities and a chance to socialise. They are based in Bramhall, Handforth, Knutsford, Macclesfield and Poynton. They're open all day and staff and volunteers organise different activities to suit and entertain the people who go there. These can include board games, bingo sessions, , craft activities

, entertainment, exercise classes, day trips and much more. Light snacks are provided in the morning and afternoon and a light two course lunch at midday.

We started our Chinese New Year celebrations a little early today. We had a chopsticks race, found our horoscopes, did a quiz, a wordsearch and made snake twirly decorations.
