Ciężki rok zaraz będzie za nami. Chcielibyśmy podziękować naszym gościom tym którym udało się wypoczywać w naszym caravanie jak i tym którzy maja w planach się do nas wybrać a najbardziej tym gościom którzy ze względu na COVID-19 nie mogli przyjechać .
Nasi drodzy miejmy nadzieje ze rok 2021 będzie już normalny i w związku z tym chcemy wam życzyć dużo dużo zdrowia i wytrzymałości , nie znikającego usmiechu na twarzy , spełnienia marzeń tych drobnych jak i tych bardzo ważnych oraz więcej czasu spędzanego z najbliższymi

The hard year will be behind us soon. We would like to thank our guests, those who managed to rest in our caravan, as well as those who have plans to visit us and most importantly those who could not come due to COVID-19.

Today we received news about the restrictions in the Presthaven resort where our caravan is located, unfortunately the opening of the resort is postponed to November 9th and this is also not certain
We are very sorry for that 😔. The health of our guests is most important to us and we will inform you as soon as possible when be safe to go there and relaxing

Dobry wieczor naszym gościom
Dzisiaj otrzymaliśmy wiadomości odnośnie restrykcji w resorcie Presthaven w którym znajduje się nasz caravan , niestety ale otwarcie resortu jest przełożone na 9 listopada 😔 i to tez nie jest pewne
Bardzo nam przykro z tego powodu bo kilkoro z naszych gości to pokrzyżowało plany 😔 . Dla nas liczy się zdrowie naszych gości i zaraz jak to będzie możliwe i oczywiście bezpieczne to będziemy państwa informować

Niestety ale musimy państwa poinformować iż grupa Haven przedłużyła date otwarcia do 2 Lipca 2020
Od 2 lipca prawdopodobnie otworzą resort pod restrykcjami ale niewiemy jeszcze czego będą dotyczyły

Ale mimo to nadal jesteśmy do państwa dyspozycji także wrazie jakichkolwiek pytań zapraszamy

From July 2 they will probably open a resort under restrictions but we don't know yet what they will concern

Witam was drodzy państwo 😌niestety ale niemamy dobrych wieści 😕 otóż otrzymaliśmy e-mail od grupy Haven ze przełożyli date otwarcia resortu z 14 maja 2020 na 31 maja 2020
Oczywiście wszyscy klienci którzy dokonali już rezerwacji zostali już poinformowani o możliwościach jakie można dokonać
Dziękujemy za uwagę i jeśli pojawią się nowe i miejmy nadzieje lepsze wieści będziemy państwa informować tak szybko jak tylko będzie to możliwe

Of course, all customers who have already made reservations have already been informed about the possibilities that can be made 😊

Niestety Grupa Haven poinformowała nas ze termin otwarcia resortu został przełożony do 14 maja 2020 😕my już niemozemy się doczekać aż ponownie będziemy mogli korzystać z caravanu nasze dzieci bardzo za nim tęsknią i miejmy nadzieje ze ta data jest już ostateczna 🙂

A po za tym chcielibyśmy państwu życzyć
dużo bardzo dużo zdrowia i siły 😊😉a także mokrego śmigusa dyngusa i abyśmy mogli spędzić najbliższe święta w gronie rodzinnym wśród bliskich i kochających nas osób

Unfortunately, the Haven Group has informed us that the opening date of the resort has been postponed to May 14, 2020. We can't wait until we can use the caravana again, our children miss it a lot and hopefully this date is final 🙂

And after that we would like to wish you

In light of the current Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak, we would like to clarify our position.

At the present time, all our parks will remain open for the entire 2020 season.

As you know, our parks are located in beautiful locations on or close to the coast, set in many acres of countryside, providing thousands of owners and their friends and family an opportunity to holiday with us and get a breath of fresh air.

Our current plans are that our shops and supermarkets will continue to operate as normal, allowing owners and their guests to purchase food and drink, to be consumed in their holiday home.

However, given the most recent Government advice on Coronavirus (Covid-19), the safety and security of our owners and team are our priority and as such, we will be making some changes to the facilities that are available in our central complexes. We will be operating a reduced offer, which at this time means there will be no availability of our Showbars, Arcades, Restaurants, Pubs and Bars, this includes Owner Lounges. This is to ensure we comply with the most recent Government advice on social distancing and there will be no compromise in our efforts to protect the safety of our guests and our team.

As far as our remaining facilities are concerned, we plan to operate as much of our existing activities and leisure offering as we are able to, as well as all our takeaway food outlets, in line with the most recent Government advice.

Owner Events

In line with the most recent Government advice to maintain safe social distancing all Owner events are cancelled until further notice. If you have booked and paid for any events or activities, refunds will be issued.

Private Letting Owners

If you are an owner who lets their holiday home privately, your guests will receive free passes due to the reduced facilities we are currently offering. Please ensure this information about the facilities is passed on to your guests. Any private guests who have already purchased passes will receive a full refund.

What this means for you

The Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak is extremely fast moving and the Government’s response to the crisis is changing daily. We understand that this is an extremely worrying situation for our owners and our teams, we are
