Vale View Apartment (est. 2015) is a LARGE, comfortable, contemporary, well-EQUIPPED and self-contained 1-bedroom flat for UP TO 5 guests, plus up to 2 dogs:

The apartment is on the top/2nd floor (with a lift) of the former ROYAL VICTORIA HOTEL (Est 1897) - now home to 22 private apartments.
The lounge-diner and kitchen windows offer a wide view of the town against the backdrop of the Clwydian mountain range, and from the bedroom you can see Snowdonia in the distance.
The area is popular with walkers and the Victoria Apartment Building is literally ON the beginning/end of The OFFA'S D**E Walk - and we have a bath and plenty of hot water for tired legs (as well as an electric shower - towels, toilet rolls and toiletries are also provided).
There's FREE WIFI and a TV and DVD player plus DVDs as well as board games in the lounge-diner, along with a table for 4 (we also have a high chair ).
The kitchen is fully-equipped with cooker/oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge/mini-freezer and all utensils, as well as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cooking oil etc.
Prices start at £55 a night with no minimum night stay and discounts for longer stays.
THE OLD WASH HOUSE
The Old Wash House was built in 1870 as the laundry for the main residence, Ty Morol, and has recently been converted into a unique + unusual, quirky + compact 1-bedroom 'guest cottage' for a single person or a couple, totally self-contained with everything you need to sleep, cook, eat and wash:
The main space is now a bedroom with a comfy double bed and the original 19th century washing hopper is now a little log-burner
The mini kitchen includes a compact oven, hot plates, microwave, fridge-freezer + toaster and kettle
The snug little lounge-dining space offers a compact table and a tub sofa for 2
The micro wet-room has an electric shower and integrated, eco-friendly WC and sink
The patio offers a wrought iron table and chairs, sun-loungers and barbecue
Guests also benefit from the security of the GATED road-entrance into the property
Guests will have their own PRIVATE PARKING SPACE on the drive
We can accept 1 small dog, e.g. chihuahua, shih tzu on request, but the space isn't big enough for anything larger (please be aware we do have our own small dog).
Prices start at £40 a night for a minimum of 2 nights.
TY MOROL MOTOR HOME SITE
Ty Morol Motor Home Site can accommodate up to 4 camper vans and offers a water point and free WIFI. The gates are 1.8m wide.
Pitches are just £10 a night

Details are stored in our secure server, will not be shared with 3rd parties, and will be deleted following our post-Check-Out inspection. (We are data-registered with ICO.)
