Excel recently bought back one of our OMAS G250 Covid testing machine, and then we re-engineered the machine in less than 8 weeks.
We were approached by a UK customer with a tight timescale to add to their production capabilities for their range of natural cleaning products.
Completely re designed by our Excel in house design team and re-built with new change parts by our team of engineers.
On site customer FAT and now the installation and commissioning and training at the customers site.

What happens to machinery and equipment after a sale?
Ideally, they're used a lot and in the manner they were designed but inevitably packaging components change or the actual output requirement may change.
Excel have always understood the importance of after-sales support for our customer’s and yesterday Excel engineer’s were at three separate sites modifying customers existing machines.
New caps and bottles required new change parts and set up so working with the customer and the cap/bottle manufacturer as a team we set up an existing line to run the new componants.
Elsewhere a veterinary products manufacturer had asked for increased production so we installed a new twin head filling machine onto his existing Excel filling line.
Finally working with OMS we were on site modifying a customers capping machine for their large caps and containers.
