Indian Room bathroom in The Mill House
Extremely heavy doors lead us into the bathroom of the Chinese room in The Mill House. When you get into the bathroom you see very decorative Indian items including the broken Indian daybed we bought in auction, with Pearl and semiprecious stones. We fell in love with the bed after some loving care and attention, making the frame part of the bathroom and window sill. The authentic Indian deep red colour of the wall was scanned from stone in the framework and used in many rooms.
