Terms and conditions
1. Deposit must be paid to secure your stay. Unfortunately, we can’t keep a date without a deposit.
2. Deposits are non refundable if you will not come or change your mind.
3.Deposit is fully refundable after your stay if the caravan is in the same condition and there is no damages, otherwise we are covering repairs from the deposit.
4. Please leave the caravan clean and tidy, check for your belongings and if you left something please inform us as soon as possible so we can try to find it.
5.Full balance is required 30 days prior to the arrival date. We are not sending reminders. If you are unable to pay please contact me ASAP.
6.We are pet friendly and well behaved dogs are welcome free of charge however we are asking to do not allow any animals on sofas or in bedrooms/ on beds.
7.Any damages must be reported to an owner or person maintaining caravan.
8. No same s*x parties allowed (hens/ stag parties)
