This charming cottage is a perfect Place for families to explore what the LLyn peninsula & Snowdonia has to offer while providing the perfect environment for that much needed time to unwind and relax together. ocal Gastropub and local family run butchers, and shop which are just a short Stroll away. The cottage is about a ten min walk away from dipping your toes in the sea and walking the shoreline of Morfa Nefyn Beach. We are a gentle twenty-minute stroll away from the world-famous TY Coch inn & Beach bar which is situated on the Sandy beach of Porthdinllaen, where the headlands above Porthdinllaen beach hosts one of the Wales most spectacular Golf course’s, Costal path with views and sunsets which are not just breath taking but totally unforgettable. The cottage has a large lounge with a traditional stone fire place which houses a beautiful modern log burner for those cozy nights in front of an open fire. There is superfast broadband & WIFI which will accommodate all the family’s needs. A Smart TV, DVD Player a library of books and DVDS along with a selection of board games which will keep all ages entertained. The dining room has a stunning oak table which will comfortable seat six to eight people for a memorable night in enjoying some homecooked food and entertainment, there are also local business which will provide ready prepared meals which are of outstanding value & quality and can be sourced in the local supermarkets which are well stocked with quality local produce and a fine wine selection. The kitchen has been tastefully upgraded with a modern twist which comprises of all built in appliances such as Cooker, Hob, Fridge-freezer, washing machine and Dishwasher & is fully equipped for all your home cooking and entertaining requirements. The cottage has recently been upgraded and has a newly installed oil central heating system with adjustable radiators in every room. Upstairs there is a large family bathroom which has just been upgraded with a new bathroom suite and an electric shower over the bath. There are three bedrooms in the cottage which provide the perfect environment to relax, rest while you prepare to continue tomorrows holiday adventures. Two of our rooms are set up with Double Beds, provided with Bedding, Towels, and provide a comfortable cosy setting with large Wardrobes, chest of drawers for all to relax and unwind. We also have a bedroom set up with quality bunk beds, within this room we have installed a Tv & DVD player and equipped with Game console, Karaoke machine and a selection toys and books and games. The cottage has a highchair, travel cot and a stairgate which can all be provided on request when booking. There is a large enclosed garden at the back of the property which is our little sun trap, there is a patio area which is equipped with a large garden table and chairs and a BBQ ideal to enjoy those Sunny evening with all the family & friends. There is also a lawn area which is perfect for the kids and dogs to enjoy and have fun on. This is an excellent base to explore the Llyn Peninsula and Snowdonia’s History & Beauty where you can explore Beaches, Coastal paths, Hidden coves, Mountains, Waterfalls and lakes all in the same day. Or adventuring to Castles or Quarries or places of local interest. You might dare yourself to try one of the activities which we have to offer such as the zip wires or underground trampoline Cavens, Aqua park or try yourself at cable wakeboarding or a few laps on the Go carts track or have a shot at archery or some fishing or golf. Edern is perfectly situated where places are easily accessed by road. Nefyn (2 miles)

Lots of fantastic walks on our doorstep including the Welsh costal paths, local mountain walks and within easy driving access to the foothills of the Snowdonia mountain range. Enjoy a drink at the world Famous Ty Coch beach bar which is about a twenty minute walk from our front door. Dogs welcome we have an enclosed garden with a patio area.
