This part of the house has two bathrooms, a downstairs lavatory and 5 bedrooms. 2 king size, a bunk bed room, a single and a twin. There are three entrances to the main house. A front entrance to the hall and stairs, and rear entrance to the utility area. A further entrance is through the conservatory which also leads to the barn annex. The barn annex, as the name suggests is a converted barn. A large well lit living room has french windows to the garden and outdoor dining area. Adjacent is an office area equipped with a large comfortable desk
Upstairs is accessed via a cast iron spiral staircase where there is a further bathroom, kingsize bedroom and twin room. The gardens are mature and set in a wooded vale.
