In a lovely corner plot on a quiet cul de sac with the benefit of external decking area. The caravan is double glazed and has gas central heating in all rooms. The caravan has a spacious lounge area with large windows to the front and side looking over the decking area. The kitchen has full cooker with separate oven and grill, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, Cutlery and plenty of kitchen uten

sils, kettle, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has mirrored wardrobes, drawers and a dressing table type area, with plenty of room. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds, wardrobe and cupboards. Pillows and duvets are provided for all beds. All linen, towels and tea towels need to be provided by you. There is also a separate bathroom with wash basin, and shower and an en suite toilet in the main bedroom. No smoking or pets allowed in the caravan. Parking for one car on the paved area outside the caravan. Price includes gas & electric but not Funwork passes, these can be purchased on site at reception.

£50 non refundable deposit to secure booking is required and full balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival date. Please note no other persons other than stated must stay in the van and we have the right to ask you to be removed by security. Site Amenities

Beach, Nature Reserve, Golf Course, Amusements, Pubs and Clubs, Scenic Walks, Takeaway, Fishing, Historical Attractions, and restaurants.

💥💥 Christmas is nearly upon us for another year, I hope you all enjoy the festive season with your families. As times are getting tougher, I want to be able to still offer reasonable prices for a stay in my caravan. I will always try to be better than haven prices and I will always be as competitive as I possibly can.....why? Because I am a family of 5 myself and I know how it feels (before owning a caravan) to want to give my family a holiday. I have lots of people on here that deserve or need a holiday and I will always be flexible with payment options, because I also would want this for my family to make it more affordable. My 2023 diary is open with bookings already made, so if you would like to secure your 2023 break, please do not hesitate to get in touch and I will do what I can to meet your needs

Wow!!! Just having a look at the prices haven are charging for my standard of caravan for a stay holiday in the summer holidays for 7 nights 😲😲😲 Let me assure you that I dont charge even half of that for a 7 night stay.....still some summer availability, get in touch for available dates 😀
