Bwthyn Ael y Bryn Cottage is a self contained holiday cottage, located between Cricieth and Pwllheli. The property consists of: 3 bedroomed (sleeps 7 & baby) single storey converted dairy cottage between Criccieth and Pwllheli. Shops and village pub 100 yards away, beaches just 2 miles. Large private garden with view towards mountains and off road parking for 2 cars. This converted dairy is situated in the quiet village of Chwilog, between the seaside towns of Criccieth and Pwllheli, less than a mile from the sea and close to several sandy beaches. The single storey detached cottage is ideal for those wishing to explore the scenery, coastline and mountains of the Lleyn Peninsula or Snowdonia, relax on the many beautiful beaches in the area or simply chill out within the private grounds of the cottage itself. The cottage is set back in its own grounds behind the owners accomodation who live in the main house. 3 Bedrooms: one with a four poster pine double bed, one family room with a double bed and single bed, and one with solid pine bunks and pine cot. All rooms are carpeted and have wardrobes, ample storage and mirrors, and bedside cabinets with table lamps and hairdrier. Bathroom: wc, bath with electric shower over bath, washbasin with shaver point/vanity light with mirror. Kitchen: Fully fitted oak and slate kitchen/breakfast room with electric fan cooker, large fridge and freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle and toastie maker, iron and ironing board. Dining table/chair). Good range of utensils and Portmeirion crockery. Door from kitchen leads out onto private enclosed garden with patio furniture and clothes line. Hoover and cleaning materials supplied. Lounge / conservatory: Attractive lounge/diner opening out into a conservatory with countryside views towards Snowdon with comfortable lounge seating. There is an electric fire in a feature fireplace, large colour TV, video recorder, DVD player, Hi-fi with CD player and a good selection of videos, games and books. Dining table and chairs. The conservatory is secluded with mountain views and comfortable seating. Central heating and electricity are included in the rental price. There is a large, enclosed private lawned garden with patio furniture. Ample off road parking for 2 cars. Within 100 yards of the cottage is a family pub (with play area), grocery shop and newsagents with a Post Office and a local butcher. Nearby there are sandy beaches (2 miles), steam train rides (10 miles), Portmeirion village (12 miles), horse riding, quad biking and historical castles to investigate. There are plenty of walks in the area including the historical Lon Goed, extending over several miles and beach and coastal walks. Caernarfon, Snowdon, Betws y Coed are within a half hour drive. Duvets, pillows and blankets are supplied - bedding can be made up ready for your arrival but we pass on the £5 per bed linen charge - or feel free to bring your own sheets. ABERDESACH HOLIDAY COTTAGE

We also have another holiday cottage in the small coastal village of Aberdesach, 50 yds from the shoreline. It is a self contained 3 bedroom (sleeping 5 and infant) holiday cottage, in Aberdesach, a coastal village 100yds from the sea shore with mountain backdrop. Local shops and restaurant in Clynnog 1 mile away. It has a fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, washing machine etc, a lounge with flat screen TV and DVD player and a dining room towards sea. Fast WIFI throughout the house. Outside there is a garden and patio area with table and chairs. Lockable storage shed for bikes and canoes.
