Ballacottier Beg is a detached self-contained bungalow, made primarily from Manx stone, built in the grounds of the owners home, which is an old Manx stone built farmhouse, on the edge of Andreas village. There are magnificent views over the adjacent farmland to Snaefell from the front, and the Bride Hills at the rear. There are attractive, well maintained gardens to the front and rear of the bung
alow, and ample off-road parking. The bungalow is newly decorated and has the benefit of gas fired central heating and hot water, mains electricity, water and sewerage. A cot is available on request at no extra charge. A Welcome Pack, comprising milk, sugar, tea, coffee, eggs, bread, butter, fruit, and a bottle of wine, is provided with our compliments. The cottage is located in the north of the island in a village called Kirk Andreas. The village shop (open 7 days a week) and Post Office are approximately 400 metres away. Andreas also has a Butcher, Hair Dresser, and Local Pub with dining facilities, all only a short stroll away. Below the slopes of North Barrule lies the islands second largest town: Ramsey. Ramsey is only 4 miles away from Andreas, with 2 supermarkets, and a wide range of shops to suit most needs. Around the island you will find many quiet beaches and places to walk. Many of these beaches and glens can be accessed within a short drive from the bungalow. Rates: from £325 per week depending on season.
