Will Hay House is one of our larger luxury accommodation lets, sleeping up to 10 guests with 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The beautiful refurbished Georgian house offers accommodation for the larger family and was once owned by British comedic actor and keen astronomer, William Hay.

The accommodation is set on 3 levels, on the entrance level you have an impressive double length through lounge for relaxing and a study and w.c., on the lower ground floor there is the dining room with doors to the courtyard garden and the kitchen and to the front a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room.

On the 1st and 2nd floors they both have two double bedrooms (making 5 in total) and a bath or shower room.

Each floor has tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge to enable you to have a morning cup of tea / coffee in bed!

Located in a sought after road of similar properties, tucked away, but within a few minutes walk of the Harbour and the sandy beach - the perfect getaway location.

A beautiful day to be by the sea 🌞

This is Ramsgate's Western Undercliff beach, below the West Cliff promenade.

Dogs are welcome off lead all year round and it makes for a lovely quieter beach during the busy season.

We also recommend Ramsgate Boating Pool for a pizza and drinks if you're looking for a great spot to stop nearby.

The Charles Dickens in Broadstairs is a renovated Victorian inn serving classic gastro pub food and a great selection of ales, wines and general drinks.

With a welcoming atmosphere and spectacular sea views overlooking Viking Bay, it will come as no surprise that it's a firm favourite amongst both locals and visitors alike.

Coastal wellness isn’t a commodity - it’s for everybody. Back in 2014, we built our community sauna with the town's help. Anybody who helped has their name permanently laser-engraved on the side of the bathing machine. 

It was the first community sea sauna built in the UK, and to our knowledge, still the only free one. 

This sauna has been a home for conversations from people who wouldn’t usually get to speak to one another; a place for first dates and last; a home for some in the winter months. That is the beauty of working with a community, and it’s something we want to speak more to. 

On Friday, you will find us at the sauna filming for a short film about the impact of this shared space. If you want to participate and share your experience, come down between 9am and 4pm.

We're blessed in Thanet to have beautiful coastal trails which are perfect for a day out exploring.

Harbour Bikes, located right on Ramsgate's beautiful Royal Harbour, are open 7 days a week 10-5pm - making them an ideal spot to rent a bike for the day.

Our favourite route is the Viking Coastal Trail 🚲

The route is one of the most attractive circular leisure cycle routes in Kent, covering 32 miles (51.4km), taking in the coast of Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate before heading inland through the surrounding villages.

Gracing our harbour up until the 16th of May is the El Galeón ship.

An exciting chance for locals and tourists alike to visit the floating museum moored in Ramsgate's picturesque royal harbour.

Galleons were armed merchant vessels employed by the Spanish crown from between the 16th and the 18th centuries.

This beautiful replica encaptures that history with over 3,400 square feet of deck space and filled to the brim with exhibits for visitors to explore.

For £10 for adults and £5 for children between 5 and 10, it's the perfect opportunity to experience something a little out of the ordinary.

Open to the public daily from 10am - 8pm and moored near the RNLI Station in the centre of the Harbour.

Quite a quirky event for all our visiting guests.
