Little revamp in the downstairs loo with tiles from and a bit of left over paint from . Painting this after work yesterday meant I fell asleep early and missed the northern lights. It was nice to wake up to a lovely sunrise though and other peoples great photos

Lovely afternoon at watching local champions and enjoying coffee and cakes. A celebration of Ramsgate heritage. Lots to see and do. There is also some great art and lovely soaps to buy. Still time to pop along

The sun is shining and reflecting on the sea, peeping over the roof tops. The tennis courts and beautiful are all ready with lovely home made cake. We are ready for the todays guests who will enjoy this weekends retreat. The square has been busy today with visitors checking where Van Gogh spent his time when living in Ramsgate, and enjoying Ramsgate heritage weekend.

Beautiful Ramsgate. A lovely walk after an early start at DIY. (Thank goodness for Wilco’s, sad person I am but I love that store) Clearly I’m not very good as my door knob has just fallen off yet again. Starting to get the house ready to welcome guests in the coming months. Bring on the summer!
