My daughters favourite part of visiting Ravenglass is its famous ice cream whilst enjoying the views 💓🍦 Mine is enjoying a glass of wine with the sunsets from the garden 💓 🍷

Ada’s Cottage is a unique property located directly on the beach at Ravenglass in Cumbria. This quaint sleepy village is actually the only seaside village within the Lake District and is renowned for its amazing views and sunsets.

The village boasts plenty of pubs and restaurants, amazing walks (Eskdale trail is here), a train station and is particularly famous for its mini steam train station (La’al Ratty) which takes you all the way to Boot and back.

The house sleeps 4 people in 2 rooms (Double & Twin). The garden has sea views and the water comes right up to the garden wall which makes it so peaceful on an evening. The house has a large open plan living room and kitchen with all the original beams and features of this old nautical property.
