One remaining August date if you fancy a get away? 30th August weekend we have Stoneheights (an upstairs double bed apartment) and Stone End (a bijou upstairs twin bed cottage) available. These are our only free cottages in the whole of August so be quick if you fancy a get away!
Stunning walking, horse riding and cycling opportunities from the gate. Great views. And excellent pubs nearby, along with the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District on your doorstep!

Due to a last minute cancellation the whole of Street farm is available this coming weekend (9-12th August). Perfect for couples, families and large groups, we are in the wonderful Howgill fells - great for walking (bring the dog!), horse-riding (bring your own horse!), cycling (we have locked facilities for bikes).
There is so much going on nearby - the Hells Fells Family Music Festival in Sedbergh (6 miles away), Appleby Summer Crafty trail, Penrith Scarecrow Competition, live music at the Kings Head pub (2.5 miles away) - and we are on the edge of both the Yorkshire Dales Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Lake District!

Amazing news! Mid September 2023 we lost a tortoise from our garden. We thought we would never see him again.
But amazingly on Wednesday one of our lovely cleaners was leaving Street farm and saw him crossing the track in front of her! He must have dug down on Cote Moor and we are shocked that he survived the winter!
Now being spoilt with a heat lamp and plenty of food, back together with his girlfriend who has had a lonely winter.

Beautiful in a different way! What a change a few days makes to the scenery round here! You could come for a 4 day break and see Street Farm in several different guises!!!
Today the snow has started, so once the animals are all sorted, we have come back inside to hole up by the fire!!!

After a morning snow flurry, we had an absolutely beautiful day at Street Farm Holiday Cottages Cumbria today, so Nellie thought she would pose for you all!!!
