When we set up our company we had a few things in mind, to name a few, customer service, quality workman ships and reliability. After meeting so many customers who have had difficulty finding skilled, straight up and honest tradesmen who aren’t into ripping people off in the plumbing and building industry we saw an opportunity to change people’s perceptions and build up our own company and a reput

ation to match no other. Two local lads, Tim Saxon and Mark Blackburn established Pinnacle Plumbing + Gas Services. They have a combined 16 years’ experience in the plumbing and building industry. Both time served apprentices with City and Guilds they have gained experience in plumbing, heating, gas and bathroom installations from design through to completion.

are still working hard to try to get as many customer’s jobs as we can squeezed in before we finish on Monday.

We do have our 2025 diary & we will soon be adding early jan jobs to the schedule 📔

Our festive season apprentice Buddy elf is hard at work for today servicing boilers.

This Worcester was completely dead with no power but it’s ok he consulted his plumber’s manual & read he needed to use a ‘Luigi board’ to talk to dead boilers 😂

Luckily he got the boiler fixed before the gaffa called with an emergency toilet repair job, luckily from the customer’s description of the issue it sounded like it was just a ‘flush wound’ 🚽 😉

Tim thought this Buddy character doesn’t know his unbend from his f* #@%*g elbow joint! He later found out he was only working for us as he’d heard about Lynn Graham’s famous carrot cake she gives tradesmen at her house 🏡 🧁🥕

I have a feeling Buddy will be seeing his P45 come January…. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Did you know we‘re Gas Safe registered company? 🤔💭

What is The Gas Safe Register? Is it not called the Corgi register anymore???

The Gas Safe Register is the only official gas registration body of gas businesses and engineers in the Uk. By law all gas businesses must be on the Gas Safe Register.

The Gas Safe Register replaced CORGI as the only gas registration body in Great Britain and Isle of Man on 1 April 2009.

A gas engineer can only be aligned to a registered business & be issued with a license to undertake gas work on behalf of a registered business if they hold a valid & current qualification. This evidence of competence relates only to matters of gas safety & is obtained by every engineer through a recognised route of training & assessment.

Our engineers at are listed along with their pictures (have a look of you fancy a giggle at Matt’s convict pic & Tim’s cheesy grin) on the website this gives you peace of mind that our work is carried out to a safe & high standard.

Something a little bit different from today, we’ve been building a curved wall & waterproof cladding it for our next bathroom project. Is is located inside a large barn conversion we’ve been working on for a while now for an existing customer.

We can’t wait to see it when it is finished as the plans for the space look amazing! 🤩

What are we doing Wednesday? 🤔

This en-suite to compliment the main bathroom in the same property carries on the gold hardware theme with the matching gold shower, wall lights, mixer tap, shower enclosure & trim on the tiles.

The soft green shade for the vanity unit goes really well with the gold to elevate the look of this stunning bathroom.

What are we doing Wednesday 🤔

A new Baxi 430 combi 2 wall hung boiler installation we did recently, our engineers are registered & we are an approved installer for the manufacturer Baxi. The boiler below was for a domestic customer, it will meet all their heating & hot water requirements with ease 🔥

It is a British built unit which is lightweight & simple to use with an LCD display on the front of the boiler. Most importantly it is also highly energy efficient which is important with the price of utilities at the moment. Its compact dimensions also allow installation in a 300mm, standard depth kitchen cupboard to keep your kitchen looking tidy with the boiler hidden away 🙌🏻

It features a stainless steel heat exchanger, brass hydraulics, temporary filling link & is compatible with smart controls - always a plus when you can control the heating from anywhere in your home! 🏡

💻 For new customers invoices are emailed to the address you gave our engineer when we visited, for existing customers if you’d like to change any of your contact details - perhaps you’ve moved house, changed email provider or got a new number just drop me a text to update your information.

🏦 Our bank details are on each invoice & you can pay via online banking using your SI invoice number as your reference - it just makes it easier for me to match payments up when they arrive.

✉️ You can also pay via cheque if you prefer sending them directly to Tim with your address & invoice number written on the back.

Today is a multitasking kinda day, Tom is driving the work van to a site job, Tim has the diary in the passenger seat & I am on the phone to him doing admin/booking diary appointments 📔 🚚 🧑🏻‍🔧 💻
