When we set up our company we had a few things in mind, to name a few, customer service, quality workman ships and reliability. After meeting so many customers who have had difficulty finding skilled, straight up and honest tradesmen who aren’t into ripping people off in the plumbing and building industry we saw an opportunity to change people’s perceptions and build up our own company and a reput

ation to match no other. Two local lads, Tim Saxon and Mark Blackburn established Pinnacle Plumbing + Gas Services. They have a combined 16 years’ experience in the plumbing and building industry. Both time served apprentices with City and Guilds they have gained experience in plumbing, heating, gas and bathroom installations from design through to completion.

It’s been a super busy week already for with lots of annual boiler services, repairs after the cold weather we’ve experienced & the odd emergency call out.

We are doing our very best to get you all booked in for your appointments but as you can imagine it is hectic trying to fit you all in for suitable dates.

In plumbing sometimes it’s about having the experience & knowledge to know how to fix an issue rather than how long the job actually takes. It’s only a ‘quick fix’ when you know what to look for 🤔

Today Tim & Tom are out together for a different reason this afternoon, one of our fleet is off to the garage for a repair so you lucky lot have both boys on duty to fix your boilers 🚚 🧰 🔧

I have a new list of customers to get booked in to the work diary with Tim inbetween his call outs today so please be patient with us as we try to get admin done as well as what we do best - fixing things! 📝 💻

are still working hard to try to get as many customer’s jobs as we can squeezed in before we finish on Monday.

We do have our 2025 diary & we will soon be adding early jan jobs to the schedule 📔

Our festive season apprentice Buddy elf is hard at work for today servicing boilers.

This Worcester was completely dead with no power but it’s ok he consulted his plumber’s manual & read he needed to use a ‘Luigi board’ to talk to dead boilers 😂

Luckily he got the boiler fixed before the gaffa called with an emergency toilet repair job, luckily from the customer’s description of the issue it sounded like it was just a ‘flush wound’ 🚽 😉

Tim thought this Buddy character doesn’t know his unbend from his f* #@%*g elbow joint! He later found out he was only working for us as he’d heard about Lynn Graham’s famous carrot cake she gives tradesmen at her house 🏡 🧁🥕

I have a feeling Buddy will be seeing his P45 come January…. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Did you know we‘re Gas Safe registered company? 🤔💭

What is The Gas Safe Register? Is it not called the Corgi register anymore???

The Gas Safe Register is the only official gas registration body of gas businesses and engineers in the Uk. By law all gas businesses must be on the Gas Safe Register.

The Gas Safe Register replaced CORGI as the only gas registration body in Great Britain and Isle of Man on 1 April 2009.

A gas engineer can only be aligned to a registered business & be issued with a license to undertake gas work on behalf of a registered business if they hold a valid & current qualification. This evidence of competence relates only to matters of gas safety & is obtained by every engineer through a recognised route of training & assessment.
