When we set up our company we had a few things in mind, to name a few, customer service, quality workman ships and reliability. After meeting so many customers who have had difficulty finding skilled, straight up and honest tradesmen who aren’t into ripping people off in the plumbing and building industry we saw an opportunity to change people’s perceptions and build up our own company and a reput

ation to match no other. Two local lads, Tim Saxon and Mark Blackburn established Pinnacle Plumbing + Gas Services. They have a combined 16 years’ experience in the plumbing and building industry. Both time served apprentices with City and Guilds they have gained experience in plumbing, heating, gas and bathroom installations from design through to completion.

Today is a multitasking kinda day, Tom is driving the work van to a site job, Tim has the diary in the passenger seat & I am on the phone to him doing admin/booking diary appointments 📔 🚚 🧑🏻‍🔧 💻

At this super busy time of year efficiency, time management & multitasking are the key words/phrases of the day! 📱⏰

Today our Gaffa Tim has gone to a local church to try to sort out their leaking boiler after another plumber has tried unsuccessfully for many months to resolve the issue.

Fingers crossed he can help them & diagnose the boiler fault as churches are cold enough places anyway without a fault with the boiler🧑🏻‍🔧 🧰 ⛪️🤞🏻

Today the lads got new work wear - expertly modelled here by our third year superstar apprentice Rory.

How good does he look guys? 👀

They got measured up for smart new branded polo tops/hoodies featuring the logo & the icon which shows we are trained to fit & repair gas appliances 🔥

Thanks Tim for keeping the lads smart & cozy in the colder months with the new work uniform 🍁🍂

This time of year is one of the busiest for (it’s affectionately known as boiler season due to the numerous annual services we have due) so please be kind & patient with us as we try our best to get everyone fit in to the work diary 📔

Tim has been working extra hours this week doing a few evening appointments & he also went to save the day at weekend responding to an emergency call out🧑🏻‍🔧🛠️🧰 🚚

Goodbye basic white radiators & hello new nickel designer radiators in a luxurious nickel shade 😍

Our customer had new designer vertical radiators installed today by dream team Matt & Rory along with colour matching thermostatic radiator valves to elevate the look of his room.

The radiator valves give the customer complete control of the temperature in their individual rooms & i’m sure you’ll agree the results of this mini makeover are fantastic! Our customer was thrilled with the results & praised the lads hard work 😃

Something different for a Friday…..

This customer’s gas appliance had sadly stopped working & their efforts to fix it themselves by checking the obvious things had failed. To complicate matters further the manual left by the installers was all in Dutch 🤦🏻‍♀️

Time to call in the experts! We don’t speak Dutch unfortunately but we are gas safe registered & know our stuff when it comes to gas appliances. Matt & Rory came to the rescue of the homeowner, they managed to get it working again whilst also giving it a good clean & some extra tlc for good measure 🔥

Our customer reported back that it was working better than when it was first installed & thanking us for the friendly & efficient service. A job well done guys! 👏🏻
