Are you coming into Liverpool on a ship for the day? We have loads coming in over the next few months. One of the more unusual things you can do Is do the dinosaur chase, it's in Chavasse park in Liverpool one and we went over there today to have a look. Ideal if you have kids with you but a little bit of fun even if you don't, you can even download the app and hatch an egg. This is just one if the things you can do. Of course you can do the Beatles tour and visit Anfield.You can do the city tour on an open top bus, you can even do a tuk tuk karaoke, now that's fun and a bit of a giggle.

Introducing Zoe. She is in all of the cabins on the Bellissima and will answer a range of questions for you, not quite Alexa but it's fun. there is a booklet in the cabin with instructions and I am sure everyone will use it, it's the first thing I did when I went into my cabin.

What a weekend this is with the new MSC Bellissima being named at Southampton. I am on board myself tomorrow so will be popping photos and hopefully videos on as the day goes on. It is really exciting as she is the largest ship to be christened in the UK. Stand by for all of the news.

A very windy day in Liverpool and a nice view of the waterfront driving along the strand,the cruise terminal is at the back of the crowne plaza at the end. Its such a nice place for a visit if you come in by ship, best of all it's all within a few minutes walk from the cruise terminal, as are the shops in the centre. No messing around with transfers when you can walk.
