About me... Now where do I start? It was 2011, I was 19 and I was having one of the best summers of my life travelling around China - that was when I got bitten by the travel bug and decided that I really wanted to work within the travel industry. I have been working within the industry since 2012, initially starting as a Travel Agent for Thomas Cook for a year and then making the leap across to P
remier Holidays as a Reservations Consultant creating Long-Haul and Tailor-Made Itineraries with Cruises for my clients for three years, before finally joining Cruise.co.uk. Customer service is key to me and I always look after my clients to ensure they have the best experience from start to finish. I live in a beautiful market town just 20 minutes from Cambridge where I grew up. I have two children, and by that I mean cats who act like children. In my spare time I enjoy seeing friends and family, I love dining out at small independent restaurants and cafe's and also trying new recipes at home. I have a big guilty pleasure in binge-watching television and films though as well! I am very lucky and fortunate to have visited many destinations in the past six years however we do have a bit of an on-going joke in our family of what may happen when I go on holiday. From being stuck in a country due to volcanic ash, being 'attacked' by fire coral, getting a stomach parasite on the opposite side of the world, being bitten by a venomous spider to losing my luggage (twice!). Although my family and clients all think my stories are hilarious, thankfully they have never had any problems on their holidays! My favourite place I've visited? It definitely has to be Bagan, Myanmar (Burma)! Words cannot describe just how beautiful and untouched it is!
