FAQ no. 2 - What are the advantages of using a VA?
There are soooo many advantages to using a VA...
First and foremost, there is a real cost-saving, since you only pay for the hours you actually need! Many VAs will also offer cost-saving plans, where you bulk buy hours in advance, for a reduced hourly rate. And since VAs are self-employed, there are no additional costs such as sick pay, holiday pay, pensions or other benefits.
There is also a time-saving benefit, since you don't have to go through the recruitment process of finding the right PA for your business.
Most VAs (myself included!) will also not ask you to commit to a set number of hours per day/week/month, giving you the flexibility to give them work as your business needs change, without any obligation. You can choose the time required to suit your own timescale.
And perhaps most importantly, if you usually take these sort of tasks on yourself, then, by using a VA, you are giving yourself the time to grow your business and do what you do best!
