We still have availability in the main house at Beeches Prestatyn over Christmas for either a 7 night stay from the 20th or a 4 night stay from the 23rd December 🎅🏼🎄🎄🎅🏼

It’s £995 for a 4 night stay or £1495 for the 7 night stay with room for up to 10 guests so why not have a family Christmas with us!! 🎅🏼🎄🎄🎅🏼

We are just a couple of minutes stroll from the beach and town centre which has places that are doing Christmas dinner so if you don’t feel like cooking why not eat out on the big day?? 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

The property will be decorated if you choose or not if you are looking to get away from it all so just let us know either way.

Light, airy and spacious in the heart of Prestatyn just a short stroll from the beach, town centre there is plenty to see and do and easily accessible by car, bus or train!! 🚗🚌🚂

Unfortunately this property is not dog friendly ☹️

We have now opened up for this weekend and through the winter excluding school holidays our beautiful 5 bedroom house at Beeches Prestatyn for 2 night stays but as a 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedroom property which will be priced accordingly.

For 2 people you will get the use of the entire ground floor with all upstairs bedrooms being locked so you will get the spacious lounge, dining room and large kitchen with breakfast bar plus the ground floor bedroom with en-suite and don’t forget the large 4-5 person covered hot tub.

Any extra guests we will open up bedrooms accordingly & unfortunately this property is not dog friendly.

It’s just a couple of minutes stroll from the beach and town centre.

It’s the start of October in a couple of days with the days getting shorter and the nights getting longer which can only mean one thing more chilling out time in the evenings and enjoying the hot tubs even more!! 🛁🔥🔥🛁

As “spooky season” approaches why not get away from it all for a weekend in October or come and join us for the October Half Term for a long or short break. 📆🎃👻💀📆

Our hot tubs are available 365 days a year or you could even opt for a cheaper break and have no hot tub at all the choice is yours.

We have availability this coming weekend in the main house at Beeches Prestatyn which is our sister, we are also now open to 2 night stays as a 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 bedroom throughout the autumn/winter (excluding Half Term/Christmas) which will be priced accordingly!! 💰🏡🏡💰

For 2 people you will get the whole ground floor which includes a spacious living room, dining room and large kitchen plus the downstairs Kingsize bedroom with en-suite and the private use of the large Orbis hot tub, we can open up more bedrooms on the first floor for extra guests to make this into a 2, 3, 4 or 5 bedroom property with additional charges per room/guest sleeping up to 10 people in total.

This property is in the heart of Prestatyn just a couple of minutes stroll from the beach and town centre and easily accessible by rail with train station just around the corner.

Plenty to do locally with restaurants, pubs, shopping both on the retail park with your Larger stores and also a fantastic High Street with many excellent independent shops so you’re spoilt for choice!!

Unfortunately unlike Dwylig this is not dog friendly sorry 😔

Hot tub or no hot tub the views are still the same….. 🤷🏼‍♂️

During the winter months we know from experience that a lot of guests do not use the hot tubs during their stay so as we approach the colder wintry weather if anybody is looking to come and stay with us and doesn’t want the hot tub then please drop us a message and with it being one of the biggest costs we can do you a cheaper price 💰💰

During the winter months at Beeches Prestatyn from around the 8th November to around the 9th February (excluding Xmas & New Year) we shall be opening up the main house as a 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedroom property for 2 night stays which will be priced accordingly and gives people more options to book for different sized families 🏡🏡

For a 2 night stay as a 1 bedroom for up 2 guests this will get you the entire ground floor which includes the kitchen, dining room, living room and downstairs bedroom plus the garden and large covered hot tub 🛁 🔥🔥🛁

For any extra guests we can open up bedrooms on the first floor accordingly for relevant number of guests that have been paid for and you will be able to choose which bedrooms we open up whether it be Kingsize, twin or bunk bed rooms. 🛌🥱🛌🥱🛌🥱🛌🥱🛌🥱
