Road Farm is a low intensity working farm and we pride ourselves on quality and presentation. Quality in terms of the animals we rear and their surroundings and also with regard to the holiday houses that have been created out of what was a very tired old farm.

November can feel a little gloomier as autumn transitions into winter. However, the Yorkshire Dales still offer lots of adventures, from winter strolls and cosy cafe lunches to evenings at the pub. Our Story

Tunstall Road Farm consists of 3 holiday properties sleeping a total of 22 people situated on a working farm just outside the village of Tunstall, North Yorkshire. The farm is in between the Yorkshire Dales and the North Yorkshire Moors boasting some of the most spectacular scenery in the country. Tunstall Road Farm is a low intensity working farm and we pride ourselves on quality and presentation. Quality in terms of the animals we rear and their surroundings and also with regard to the holiday houses that have been created out of an old dairy and the old original farmhouse. We feel we have breathed new life into this fantastic spot and we hope you will agree.

The Farmhouse consists of 4 bedrooms (3 of which are ensuite), a family bathroom, a snug, a large living/dining/seating area complete with log burner, downstairs loo and utility room. Outside there is a large patio and lawned garden and hot tub.

Galloway House consists of 3 bedrooms (2 of which are ensuite), a family bathroom, a snug, a large living/dining/seating area, downstairs loo and utility room. Outside there is a large patio courtyard and an option to hire a hot tub for the duration of your stay should you wish to.

Greendale Lodge is the smallest of the three properties. 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and a family bathroom. A large kitchen/diner/seating area plus a separate living room. Outside there is a patio area and private enclosed lawned garden. There is also an option to hire a hot tub for the duration of your stay should you wish to.
