A wonderful gala Dinner last night to end our Yearly conference 💜

Over 30 of us won a Diamond award for our outstanding contribution to the business 🥇

& 6 of us received special awards for outstanding contributions to areas of the business 🥇mine as most of you would guess ..was ‘Admin’ 🥰 which I have won now 3 years in a row 💪🏻♥️

Designer Travel Conference..

Day 3..
For me - an early start where a small group of us went to Ronda , courtesy of the Andalusian Tourist Board 🥰 followed by oil tasting & Lunch @ LA Organic , both of which can be arranged thru the Ikos Andalusia hotel! As you can see from my photos even though it decided to rain , it is still stunning 🤩

Evening was gala dinner night where awards & recognition is given to our Top performing agents (but everyone is so valued !) - I will follow up later with you on this when home 😊💪🏻😉

Day 4 .. is home time - 6am alarm call for early pick up & flights home .. after another amazing trip.

Hope you have enjoyed following the last few days away with me , thanks for continuing to follow my page - back to Manchester & home today , laptop & work resumes Monday Morning 💜

Designer Travel Conference ..

Day 2..
Started the day with room service Breakfast 😋 there is no extra charge to do this and was a nice ease into the day.

Then onto conference which was held at Tikitano by Besaya which is a 5/10 minute walk along from the hotel by a walkway around the front of hotel which is part of the Ikos dine out experience & included in your All inclusive to dine at an authentic local restaurant.
The morning was spent discussing performance & achievements as well as exciting new opportunities. We never stay static & have just the best management team to support & guide us

Lunch was back at the hotel in ‘Flavours ‘ buffet restaurant- the most diverse & high quality options.. I could have ‘grazed ‘ all day 😂
Afternoon was our suppliers showcase of their products & plans & news which is great for us to learn & of course pass valued inside info to you 🌈

Quick turnaround after a post meeting cocktail ! then picked up by Bus to take us to LaSala in Puerto Banus where we erm - let our hair down 😂 food, drink & well deserved catch up with colleagues.. & industry friends 🥰

Work hard - play hard - 🙊

Day 3 - we had options chill, explore .. me now regretting explore lol but I’m sure I’ll have some great photos for you later 😇

Day 1..
Early rise for a 4am Check in from Manchester ( as we have just over 100 of us agents attending & including some of our valued trade partners we split over 3 UK departures) , flights with TUI & have to say I am tall & legroom in standard seat not too bad at all 🤔
After approx an hour coach transfer on arrival we arrive to the ‘Wow’ factor that is Ikos Andalusia !

Quick welcome Drink & Hello’s , check in , freshen up then a day to experience the resort facilities as a client would , we stayed respectful of Guests and did not move around in groups any larger than 6 & being opening day of the season here , could honestly say it was so peaceful, lots of spaces & places to laze around , dine , drink. I chose the Italian ‘Fresco’ for lunch & then on the evening the Greek restaurant ‘Ouzo’ have to say both service & Quality was top notch & have to pinch yourself this is All Inclusive !! , had fabulous company on my table from the Regional Director UK, USA and Scandinavia at Sani and Ikos , lots of great product information & of course good food & Wine , then just before retiring to bed with a post meal nightcap at the bar 😬 we get the news we have just won not one but 2 prestigious awards at a travel Industry
Event - Best Homeworking Agency& Best Touring & Adventure Agent - feeling so proud right now working with the best 🙌🏻🌈💪🏻

Professionals in travel work so very hard to provide the best possible service at a fair price.

We have had an incredible month, we’ve been so busy booking existing clients and lots of new ones.

Everyday I’m amazed at the knowledge within our business, I 100% understand the value of booking with a professional travel expert. Yes they book the same holiday that you can find online ( mainly at the same price) BUT what they do in the background to ensure your holiday goes to plan is often overlooked. They check your passport, they complete your API, they advise on entry requirements, they make local recommendations, they VIP you to our contacts at your destination, they are there in the event of any changes in the holiday or your circumstances.

Having extensive knowledge of how the industry works often means a professional travel expert can find things that you wouidn’t. They will suggest and make recommendations that again would save you hours of research.
