Thank you for inviting me to the session today.
I LOVE your space the energy is so warm and inviting and I am so impressed with all that you are growing in your beautiful peaceful garden. I thoroughly enjoyed the breathing exercises and found it incredible how much of an impact deep slow breathing has. I felt very calm.
It was lovely to go through some yoga poses again as it's been a while but this has definitely motivated me to get back to practicing and making time for myself to help manage my mental and emotional wellbeing
I'd also like to say thank you for the homemade Kombucha that was delightful and so kind and thoughtful
I can't wait to hear dates for the next session as I will most definitely be attending
Thank you to the lovely ladies too that I met today, it was a pleasure meeting

Hi Alex, a belated thank you and feedback for the introductory session on Friday. I really enjoyed it - so relaxing! Learnt some interesting facts too. It sometimes takes me a while to open up and feel at ease in new situations and I appreciated the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where you could say as much or as little as you wanted. Loved the introductory yoga positions, was good to have a break half way and was lovely to meet the other ladies. I’ve done quite a few sessions with Alex, sports massage, movement/yoga, and as usual left the session feeling a bit more flexible and uplifted. Would definitely be up for more group yoga sessions. ❤️🙏❤️
